Creating an account is easy! Click the 'Sign Up' button, follow the step-by-step process to enter your email, choose a username, and create a password. You can also sign up using your Apple or Google account.
Charms are BlooPop's virtual currency. You can purchase Charms to send messages to creators ($5 per message), tip creators, or support them in other ways. Charms packages start at $4.99 for 100 Charms.
Fanclubs are monthly subscription memberships to your favorite creators. Each creator has their own perks, which can include exclusive content, direct messaging priority, special events, and more.
Bloo Pop is a platform where fans can connect directly with their favorite creators through messages, subscriptions, and exclusive safe-for-work content. Fans can purchase Charms to send messages or unlock media from creators and more.
Anyone above the age of 13 years old can create a Bloo Pop account. In order to purchase Charms, a user must be 18 years old or older
You can sign up using your email or X account on our sign up page here. Creators are exclusively invited.
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
Please contact support@bloopop.io with proof of account ownership (previous payment receipt, username, or linked Stripe ID).
Go to Settings → Security and toggle on 2FA. You’ll receive a verification code via email or your authenticator app for every new login.
Change your password immediately and contact support@bloopop.io. Our Trust & Safety team will secure your account and restore access if possible.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your data, messages, and payment history. Account deletion is only possible after a week of owning your account.
Accounts can be banned for policy violations such as harassment, spam, fraud, underage activity, sharing prohibited content, or anything that is deemed bannable. You’ll receive an email if action is taken.
Yes. Submit an Appeal Form at support@bloopop.io with your username, email, and reason for review. Appeals are reviewed within 5-10 business days.
Yes. You can use Bloo Pop in any browser, and you can install it as a web app (PWA) on iOS or Android by selecting “Add to Home Screen.”
Absolutely. Bloo Pop uses SSL encryption and secure Stripe payment systems. Your personal and payment data are never shared or sold.
Becoming a User
Simply sign up with your email and verify your account. You can browse creators and purchase coins immediately after verification.
Interacting with Creators
Browse the Discover page, search by name, or use a creators’ direct link to their profile.
Subscribe to a creator by going to their profile → Subscribe → confirm subscription. Once subscribed, you’ll get access to their exclusive posts, broadcast channel, special badge, and exclusive emotes and stickers.
Go to My Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.
All subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can turn off auto-renew anytime before the next billing date.
Yes. Simply go to a creators’ profile and click Send DM. You’re able to purchase messages through Charms by starting a conversation.
No. Sharing personal contact info or arranging meetups violates Bloo Pop’s safety policy and can result in account suspension.
No. Saving, sharing, or reposting content is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans or legal action.
Payments
Charms are the platform’s virtual currency used to send messages, unlock media, or tip creators.
Go to Wallet and choose a bundled amount of Charms. Purchases are processed securely via Stripe.
All Charms purchases are final. Refunds are only issued for technical issues or accidental double charges (reviewed case-by-case).
Bloo Pop accepts major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay via Stripe.
Depending on your country, local taxes or bank processing fees may apply.
Charges will appear as “BLOOPOP” or “BLOO*PAYMENT” depending on your region.
Complaints & Reports
Contact support@bloopop.io to report any unusual behavior.
Contact support@bloopop.com immediately with transaction details. Do not open a chargeback directly — it can restrict your account.
Blocking other creators or other users isn’t currently available at this time.
You can message creators directly using Charms. Each message costs $5 worth of Charms. Simply go to the creator's profile, click 'Message', and send your message along with the required Charms.
The BlooPop Buddy is our free mobile companion app featuring your virtual pet that sends you notifications when your favorite creators post, reply, or go live. Download it free from the App Store!
Yes, you can cancel your fanclub membership at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Becoming a Creator
Bloo Pop is an invite-only platform.

Yes. You must withdraw all pending funds first and then contact the person who helped onboard you onto the site.
Sharing Content
You can share text, photos, and videos. ONLY safe-for-work content is allowed under compliance with Bloo Pop’s policies.
Yes, but you must label AI-generated or enhanced content clearly. Misleading AI depictions of real people are not allowed.
Yes, you can add external links in your profile or posts as long as they follow our guidelines.
Using Bloo Pop as Creator
Paid messages are $5 USD per message. Fans pay in Charms per message or unlock. Each message automatically deducts Charms from their wallet.
Yes. Tap the message → 3 Dots → Unsend. The fan will no longer be able to view it.
All subscriptions on the platform are set at $15 per creator or $3 per entire community.
Fans can send Charms as tips. You’ll receive 80% of the value after Bloo Pop’s platform fee.
We do not currently offer this ability.
Payments & Withdrawals
Bloo Pop pays creators through Stripe Connect. Once verified, you can request withdrawals anytime.
Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Bloo Pop takes a 20% platform fee from all earnings. The remaining 80% goes directly to your linked Stripe account.
This can happen if your Stripe verification is incomplete or your bank has restrictions. Check your Stripe Dashboard for more details.
Bloo Pop’s Trust team will investigate all chargebacks, but they will fall at the responsibility of the creator. Repeated disputes can temporarily freeze payouts.
Tax & Legal
Yes. Creator earnings are taxable income. Stripe will issue a 1099 form (for U.S. creators) or equivalent local tax form annually.
Stripe requires it for identity and tax compliance. Your info is encrypted and handled securely.
You can update your tax details directly from your Stripe Dashboard → Tax Settings or through Settings → Tax Information.
Complaints & Reports
Email support@bloopop.io with screenshots or URLs of the leaked content. Our team will issue takedown notices (DMCA).
Tap the three dots on their chat → Report User and select a reason. You can also email Trust & Safety for serious cases.
You’ll receive an email explaining the reason. You can appeal via support@bloopop.io within 10 days.
XP is earned through consistent activity — posting, messaging, and engaging. Badges show your level of interaction or milestone achievements.
Communities allow fans to interact in group-style spaces around specific creators, fandoms, or topics.
Yes, under Settings → Notifications, toggle off the types of alerts you don’t want.
Email support@bloopop.io for creator campaigns or brand collaboration proposals.
Make sure you have the BlooPop Buddy app installed and notifications enabled in your phone settings. You can also check your notification preferences in your BlooPop account settings.
If you're having payment issues, please check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Contact our support team if the problem persists.
You can report any inappropriate content by clicking the three dots menu on any post or message and selecting 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
