How do I create an account on Bloo?

Creating an account is easy! Click the 'Sign Up' button, follow the step-by-step process to enter your email, choose a username, and create a password. You can also sign up using your Apple or Google account.

What are Charms and how do they work?

Charms are BlooPop's virtual currency. You can purchase Charms to send messages to creators ($5 per message), tip creators, or support them in other ways. Charms packages start at $4.99 for 100 Charms.

How do fanclubs work?

Fanclubs are monthly subscription memberships to your favorite creators. Each creator sets their own fanclub price and perks, which can include exclusive content, direct messaging priority, special events, and more.

How do I message a creator?

You can message creators directly using Charms. Each message costs $5 worth of Charms. Simply go to the creator's profile, click 'Message', and send your message along with the required Charms.

What's the Bloo Buddy app'?

The BlooPop Buddy is our free mobile companion app featuring your virtual pet that sends you notifications when your favorite creators post, reply, or go live. Download it free from the App Store!

Can I cancel my fanclub membership?

Yes, you can cancel your fanclub membership at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

I'm having trouble with notifications

Make sure you have the BlooPop Buddy app installed and notifications enabled in your phone settings. You can also check your notification preferences in your BlooPop account settings.

My payment didn't go through

If you're having payment issues, please check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Contact our support team if the problem persists.

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report any inappropriate content by clicking the three dots menu on any post or message and selecting 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
