All payments made for subscriptions, one-time content purchases, tips, live events, or other digital/interactive services (collectively, “Purchases”) are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloo Pop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Stripe Compliance
Bloo Pop uses Stripe for payment processing.
By using Bloo Pop’s payment features, users and creators agree to comply with:
Stripe policies are incorporated by reference and apply in addition to these Terms. Bloo Pop reserves the right to take actions required to remain compliant with Stripe’s platform requirements.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bloo Pop constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically for the term selected unless you cancel according to the cancellation rules.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but you will still have access for the remainder of the term you paid for.
No refund or pro-rata credit will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term you cancel early.
Refunds will not be granted simply because you changed your mind after the purchase.
One-Time Purchases
Purchases of individual content items (e.g., PPV, locked posts, tips, custom content) are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
These purchases are considered “consumed” immediately upon purchase or unlocking, so refunds are not available simply because you accessed or viewed the content.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following limited cases only:
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (you did not authorize the payment).
Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g., you were charged twice for the same purchase).
We failed to provide access to purchased content due to a platform error or technical issue, and you notify us within a specified time-frame (e.g., 30 days).
We terminated a creator’s account and prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and you request a refund in writing within the allowable period. In each such case, we will review the request and may issue a refund if we determine it is warranted.
Currency never reflected within your in-app wallet. In such cases you can acquire the balance by emailing support@bloopop.io and request either a refund to the original payment method which would require 3-5 days or a deposit of the insufficient in-app currency.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@bloopop.io with your account details, transaction ID, date, amount, and explanation of the issue.
We may require evidence (screenshots, billing statements, etc.).
If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request if the purchase was made in accordance with these terms and no fault of the platform can be shown.
Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or reversal of payment unless you first raise the issue with us and allow us reasonable time to address it.
If a chargeback is filed and processed, we may deduct the corresponding amount (plus fees) from the creator’s earnings or your account balance
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect abuse of the payment/refund process or repeated chargebacks.
Modifications & Platform Rights
We reserve the right to change these refund terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate transactions or accounts at our sole discretion (for reasons such as fraud, policy violations, non-payment, etc.), and you acknowledge that you may receive no refund in such cases if the termination is due to your non-compliance.
Governing Law & Consumer Rights
This policy is governed by the United States law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or refund laws; to the extent such laws apply, you may have additional rights.
In the event of any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law shall prevail.
Chargebacks will be handled in coordination with our bank and legal team. In severe cases, we may issue formal letters or take further action.
Creators will not retain profits earned from users who initiate chargebacks. The corresponding earnings will be deducted from the creator’s account.
- This policy encourages creators to avoid known chargeback users and discourages engagement with high-risk transactions.
Duration is case-dependent. For example, a chargeback-related ban may last 3 months, while a new account violation may result in a 3-day ban. Users have the option to appeal their ban.
The minimum payout is $25. This ensures neither the platform nor creators incur losses due to Stripe’s transaction fees.
Creators are allowed to withdraw anytime, as long as the minimum payout threshold is met.
Yes. Withdrawals exceeding $7,000 USD will undergo a manual verification process before being released.
Platform revenue is recognized at the time a fan messages a creator, as this represents a completed transaction.
